Rubi Zúñiga is a passionate community leader and accomplished Real Estate Broker who brings over 14 years of professional experience and a lifelong commitment to service. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, a Real Estate Broker license, and certification as a Probate and Trust Specialist, Rubi blends her academic foundation with hands-on expertise to support individuals, families, and the broader community.
Rubi has built her business and reputation on communication, strategy, and results—qualities she now brings to the Rotary mission of “Service Above Self.” Whether she’s guiding families through complex real estate transactions or leading initiatives to uplift local communities, Rubi leads with clarity, compassion, and heart.
Having lived in the San Fernando Valley for over 36 years, she has an intimate understanding of its diverse neighborhoods and the people who call them home. Fluent in English and Spanish, Rubi values connection, education, and service. She is committed to advancing Rotary’s values and building bridges across communities through inclusive leadership and meaningful action.
When she’s not serving through Rotary or her real estate practice, Rubi enjoys exploring cultures, hiking scenic trails, and traveling with her husband—always returning with fresh perspective and renewed dedication to her community.
