The Rotary Club of Ibanda with the financial support of the Greater Van Nuys Rotary Club and Foundation has purchased and distributed basic but lifesaving PPE ( thousands of masks and gloves, sanitizing gel ) to 4 clinics in Ibanda and it's environs.
